Mel Perlman, a South Florida native, has been honing her passion for tattooing since 2006.

As a classically trained artist, Mel found her calling in Neo-traditional and illustrative tattoos, infusing her designs with whimsy and botanical details. Her creative vision is influenced by the Art Nouveau period, folk art, outsider art, contemporary artist Kiki Smith, and the work of printmakers.

What sets Mel apart is her unique approach to color, using non-traditional palettes to create striking designs that stand out from the crowd.
Beyond tattooing, Mel finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, including coffee shops, dogs, and nerd culture, which all contribute to her vibrant artistic expression.
